The teaching staff at Birds’ Nest Learning Academy has unique skills and experiences in Early Childhood Education. 

Ms. Salpy, Lead Preschool Teacher

Ms. Salpy, has a Bachelor of Sciences Degree from the University of La Verne in Child Development. Ms. Salpy has been teaching preschool aged children for 15 years. She is multilingual; English, Armenian, Arabic and French. She has been a resident of the Antelope Valley since 1989, has two wonderful boys, two precious grandchildren. Ms. Salpy's lifetime goal is to be involved in the NASA Educator Astronaut Program.

Mrs. Christy

Mrs. Christy has a Masters degree in Teaching English Language Learners from the University of Southern California. She has taught preschool and elementary school since 2003. She has 2 boys, Justin and Joey. Joey graduated from Bird’s Nest in June 2011.
